     Paula Neff is a life-long resident of Lake County, Indiana. In the years preceding her practice of law, Paula was a tenured professor at Indiana University’s School of Medicine, Division of Allied Health Sciences, and her accomplishments include Department Chairperson, co-author of a clinical studies text in respiratory care, program evaluator and site-examiner for national accreditation agencies, and professional journal publications.

     Paula is an active member of the Indiana and Illinois bar, maintaining active case loads in the State and Federal courts in both states at the trial and appellate court levels, including the U.S. District Courts in the Northern Districts of Indiana and Illinois.  She practices before State and Federal Regulatory and Administrative Agencies and Commissions throughout the States of Indiana and Illinois, and is a certified civil mediator.

     Her practice centers on Commercial, Contract and Business litigation, Residential and Commercial Construction law and litigation, Accident and Injury litigation, Environmental law/local and federal, and Health Care practice and business transactions.  In addition, she maintains an active Family Law practice.
